Starter: Roasted Okinawan Sweet Potato Hummus with grilled herb flatbread, goya, smoked paprika, micro greens, EVOO. 

Main: Okinawan Soki Soba Spaetzle with braised oxtail, fish cake, scallions, dashi broth, black garlic oil.

Dessert: Fundagi ala Mode. Okinawan style donut funnel cake with chura kokuto and powdered sugar, served with Il Gelato Hawaii French vanilla gelato.

• Special Menu starts Saturday, September 5th and runs til September 21st. 

• SKY Waikiki is open from 4 pm to 9:30 pm (Last Order), 7 days a week.
