History
Owner Aaron Wong has family roots in Naha, Okinawa.
Chillest Shave Ice makes their own syrups. They use real fruit and try to have the flavor be as close to the source as possible (strawberries, mango, papaya, coconut milk, and matcha from Japan). According to Aaron, he is striving to have the flavors be a little more bolder and not just a “sweet” flavor. He is trying to channel a nostalgic ice texture that is light and fluffy. Strawberry milk is signature flavor.
